RENOVATION AND CONSERVATION WORKS ON AN OFFICE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING ON VIALE SARCA 235, MILAN

The object of the contracted work consists of a building located on Viale Sarca 235 in Milan. The project calls for the renovation of the building, its underground car park and associated exterior works, for the enhancement of the existing structures; the work consists in the substitution of the existing infill walls with the construction of a new façade characterized by transparency, modularity, simplicity and clarity of form. The building has two exterior stairwell volumes, which will be renovated, while two additional stairwell volumes will be added. The works also involves the renovation of the building services, including mechanical, electrical, and special systems.
